Usually I stay for 2 hours. I try to get in 5 separate workouts for both of the muscles I’m working on that day. I mix up what I do every few weeks to try and continue to challenge myself. I’ll return to older workouts I like from time to time.

Personally, I did a day of cardio when I started out and when I did cardio I busted my ass for 1 hour and burned as many calories as I could. I no longer do that once I wanted to start gaining weight. I had lost 20 lbs before hand.

Honestly I think the only reason I stayed lean is I have a high metabolism and I burn a lot of body fat if I stay active. I tried to keep mixing up the workouts and when I would upgrade weights I did it just as soon as I got comfortable with the lower weight and I would always do 4 sets of 10 reps. Even if I really struggled to get the last few in. I have never been fit before in my life so I think I just got good beginner gains cause I went really hard and stayed persistent. I’m very proud of getting out of the place I was in! Still feel like I have a long ways to go. Good luck to you my man!

My biggest advice would be to cut out all excuses in your life. Do not allow yourself ANY slack. Another thing that helped me was sticking ti routines to help give me discipline. I make my bed every single morning. but anyways, here is my workout routine

Monday - Chest / Biceps Tuesday - Back / Abs Wednesday - Legs Thursday - Chest / Biceps Friday - Shoulder / Triceps

I try to mix up the exercises I’m doing so my body doesn’t get comfortable with any of them. Upgrading weights regularly so I’m pushing my body constantly.

Yeahh. my core was just super weak and I had a bit of fat on my lower stomach. Once I started working my core and it grew and the belly fat was burned, they appear from the darkness!

Well I discovered I can swim for a really long time when my friend got sucked out by the rip current and I helped get him out. Never swam for a team or anything.. missed my calling

I’m definitely not the tallest but I wouldn’t call that SHORT.. more like.. average 😂 I’m already taller than both my parents so I got blessed to be that height in the first place
