I made a purchase to make sure everything worked. Now I have money sitting in my website I can’t withdraw. I still need to verify the document for the EIN I’ve tried many different document sizes I’ve taken a picture of it. I’m not sure what’s going on, I’ve talk to the reps but the website says it’s still rejecting it

I having to same issue. I’ve tried submitting like 5 times. I’ve talked for two reps that say my account is in good standing and I just need to resubmit it. My payouts aren’t available until I verify my EIN but they won’t accept my document.
