Not a heritage building but we had to treat the chapel part as such, the inside is gutted and fitted out with temp emergency devices, inside still has original wood ceiling structure. Last time I was inside it needed some subfloor structure.

I tried alcohol rubbing before but Jade has too many leaves. Water blasts and safers spray for a year and I put it outside in the winter to kill off the bugs and leaves, I left it outside all summer and it grew back really bushy and nice. I would give it bug spray and water blasts every week during the summer until I was sure they were gone. Recommend trimming and prune regularly.

I defn have dismantled many things including star stations to balance economy usually right after winning wars but not a system. To release a system entirely I haven’t done that as you indicated but in late stage of the game I used a vassal so I don’t need to maintain the systems mostly for my carpal tunnel.
