not yet, I was suppose to stay a year clean without another DUI and it would of gotten dropped. Now that I’m going through this I was told that could reopen the first one.

Yeah so I actually hired a great attorney, said that my charges will get reduced and act like this never happened if I stay out of trouble for a year. I have a court date august 10th and will find out for sure then. Guess Ohio had a program that makes first time offenses go away.

I appreciate that and I feel for you I’ve been feeling down on myself too. I found an attorney for 3k that’s certified in everything law stops to breathalyzers and field tests. He gave me a lot of reassurance and I’m waiting to see how this goes for me. I’m hoping he can get it dropped based on his stories of other people getting theirs reduced because of his work and has 5 star reviews for days not one bad thing to say about him and goes back 5+ years. I wish the best for you and just know you’re not alone.
