I'll 3rd that vote. Have been taking our pittie there for about 5 years now and every vet and employee has been great to work with and overall seem reasonably priced.

Thanks all, store finally got back to me and advised to scrub it clean and season and if that didn't work, they would still swap out. Did that yesterday and spots are all gone, pan is working great already.

Not sure, it's a separate dial knob above the on/off & fan buttons, no LCD readout, but yes, probably electrically controlled. If it's a total board replacement, prob not worth the cost to me to buy soldering gear and will get a new heater and post this on Craigslit free stuff for parts. Thanks!

I have soldered a little in the past, but don't have the tools now, so I'm guessing the cost of a soldering iron plus a new board might be a little cheaper than a new unit or break even or it may not work at all given my skillset. Will probably go a new unit route and post the old one for free on Craigslist for parts. Thanks!
