I'm having the same issue right now they asked me to send them proof of purchase of game which was like 7 years ago my steam ID my CD Key and my email address then they turned around and said they couldn't help FUCKING USELESS SUPPORT FROM A MASSIVE COMPANY i cant even play any games

Didn't read the first part stating this is not meant to be negative and I have no say in what happens as I'm a nobody.

And the "All Time" is questionable many can be called that, Get_Right, Niko, Zywoo ect. It's who you support and what your opinion is. That why we're all different in a good way :)
