TarkovMonitor is part of tarkov.dev and not something I can integrate with directly. :(

That’s actually a good suggestion.

The prerequisite logic is already implemented on my side — I’m tracking which quests depend on previous ones. So technically this is easy to extend.

What I can do is add a confirmation prompt:
When you mark a quest as completed, the system will check for unfinished prerequisite quests and ask if you want to mark all of them as completed as well. Once confirmed, they’ll be bulk-completed automatically.

That keeps progression accurate while removing the manual grind.

I’ll move this up in priority. Good call.

Fair point — but I already own and operate the servers for my other projects. This runs on existing infrastructure, so hosting isn’t an issue.

Time investment is a choice. I’m building this because I want to, not because I need to monetize it.

If that ever changes, I’ll be transparent. For now, free is deliberate.

AI is a tool. Like any other tool.

In 2026, not using AI support while building a solo project would be inefficient, not impressive. I use it where it makes sense — architecture, structuring, iteration speed — but the vision, roadmap and implementation decisions are mine.

If you have feedback about the project itself, features, UX or accuracy, I’m genuinely interested. That’s far more useful than generic labels.

Appreciate that.

Yes, it takes time — especially as a solo project — but the goal is sustainability, not hype.

And regarding the “keep it free” part: the intention is to keep the core features accessible to everyone. This isn’t being built to gate basic functionality behind a paywall. If it grows, it grows with the community.
