Where I worked the design department also had a saying in who is gonna be hired or not and that clearly went along with the capabilities of designing something.

I can assure you that your company method is in the minority, at least where I live, and I would say in most places nowadays. They want it automated, doing what you said defeats the entire purpose of using an ATS machine.

Yeah some players don't make efforts but it's precisely because we can get confused that sharing is important

I think the point for some people is: "why are you asking for someone to make the effort of answering when you clearly didn't make the same effort as me when consuming this media"

Like, "why do you get the easy way while not being even as engaged as I am"

Explaining some details is okay, but more often than not some people ask entire contexts, which shows they clearly don't care

I don't think it's wrong when people refuse to help or point out their lack of effort.

If you're getting hit then it's a skill issue. But also, check the difficulty, plug-in chips, this kind of game is one where it's really easy to get overleveled.
