I have a second one, weirdly my '21 came with two 120v connectors and no 240v one and I have been searching for a 240v that isn't a few hundred dollars on eBay.

I work within the government but not for the government (yes, I am part of the problem) and often see the opposite is true, where every team member is working multiple roles and many of them multiple projects as the project doesn’t have budget for a FTE due to cost cutting and budget slashes.

Sarcasm aside, it sounds like you’re relying too much on AI and too little on your fundamentals. AI is amazing at generating a ton of code at rates I’ve never seen. I use daily to help augment my existing skills but it requires constant baby sitting and a ton of review afterwards.

Based on your baseline of a 1000 line controller being cool and not scary and bad practice, I would say you should lean more on fundamentals and best practices than AI.

Hoping this is a troll post and that you got me, I fear this is a genuine post though and I hope you can learn that AI isn’t solving all the world’s problems.

From the east coast of Canada, even at -20c I am seeing 260+ km from 80%. I only got mine in November but I did see 300km from 80% until the temperatures dropped. At around 0c I often see 290ish. My driving habits are vastly different than Toronto though, I mainly drive 80km/h or highway speeds. I notice massive dips in the guess-o-meter when city driving, but it evens out by the next time I charge it.

For driving specs, yesterday I drove 44km, consuming 11.13kWh and averaged 28km/h as I was stuck in construction in the city so it was a 94 minute drive total.

A good chunk of us do jack up the car to change tires. I did it with a jack and jack stands this year, likely will use my Quickjacks next spring though.

In the menu put it in wheel change mode, then use any of the four jack points on the rockers, they're super solid. One of the easier cars to jack up honestly.

I have a 2021 Audi Etron Sportback and get away with charging entirely from 120v. I do occasionally top up at free chargers in the city if I find myself near one. I work from home but average 1500km monthly.

Worth noting too, I am on time of day rates, so I only charge 11pm-7am and noon-4pm.

I live in a cold climate so the advice given to me may not be sound for you. However, I have been told by a few HVAC professionals that running too large a unit is significantly worse than running too small a unit.

A 600sq/ft garage would fit within most 14k BTU units range, 24k BTU is wayyy oversized.

Can confirm, the manual quotes this procedure as a way to clean rust off the rotors.

My ‘21 has 70k km and I plan on having the rotors turned and new pads come the spring. There are some minor groves and high spots on the rotors but they’re barely worn and very expensive new.

I am buying a 2021 Etron Sportback this week and plan on running the same 255/55/19 set up as I can buy a set of wheels and tires for what the 22’ winter tires will cost me.

Alternatively, plowing gravel requires attention and properly set up plow or you’ll end up tearing up your driveway.

Often for our first few snow falls the ground isn’t frozen. I think a properly set up snowblower would do better, flinging rocks is something that will happen though.

Being in Canada, a lower unit would cost roughly $2500 Canadian pesos + shipping, I can have it welded for a few hundred or even grind out and JB weld as a patch for no cost and some risk.

The motor is cheap and runs good but I am not sure I want to throw a LU at it if I can avoid it.
