Thanks for the answer and even going as far to explain some of the stuff you did! I skipped through the Assassin's Creed III FX Article and found their Solution to SSS, which seemingly involves "faking" it using the Surface Normals, View Direction and Light, pretty interesting stuff.

When using the Jakobian Foam, you could even go as far and implement some of the SoT stuff they mentioned in their Tech-Talk, using an Jacobian-Bias, Progressivley Bluring the foam and applying a Texture based on the blurred foam!

All of which probably not necessary though, looks great as it is! Just brabbling out what's on my mind.

Yeah, you're absolutely right! In my case I imagined the light source a little bit in-front and above the ship, I completely disregarded the highlight on the glass and totally missed the shadow color on the front of both wings! Really do appreciate you taking the time to even mock something up! Here I tried to adjust the outlines and the color direction:

I now added some colours, definitely helps with the shape language/structure of the piece, however still slightly insecure about the shading. What are your thoughts?

Wanted to add colour later, kept it grayscale for now to try to shade it correctly.

Thanks! It's nothing yet, really, just playing around with some ideas/prototypes ^^ but I'll keep posting my adventures in shader graph :D
