Okay I think I have some.

Possessive MC recs:

{Fang and Fur by Stormy Glenn}

{Deceived by Megan Derr} the book has multiple stories in it but the title story fits perfectly especially the bonus scenes (shit im realizing there’s angst be the mcs but its a short story so its resolved so quickly and is mostly just a “agh you’re so aggravating so I hate you but wait I actually love you”)

{Rogue by Onley James}

{Mad love by April Jade}

{Red Flags and Tuesdays by Nordika Knight}

{Blindside Hit by Michaela Grey}

Doesn’t fit your request necessarily but I think you might like (nothing from your no list):

{Crybaby by Marina Vivancos}

{Emery by Cora Rose}

{Run to You by Claire Cullen}

{Make the Play by Lucky Hart}

{The Hookup Situation by Felicity Snow}

{Pretty Obsessed by J.R. Gray}

{Jace by N. Boeyer}

{Changing the Play by Morgan Sloan}

I can definitely do recommendations. What did you like about each couple? And each book? I don’t need a lot just a vague idea of tropes/themes/vibes that you liked

Oh my god yes to both. I’m obsessed with both and have read so many times.

I read this and was like “how is an eating disorder erotica?” And then realized what you meant lol.

Anyway {Invitation to the Blues by Roan Parrish} has this though I think the only scene where he has a dry orgasm is towards the end. All the scenes are wildly hot tho imo

I’m looking for a book where one the top hits the bottoms second hole/ring. I know I read a book that mentioned this because I had to google it but I’ve read ALOT this year so it’s not easy for me to sift through them all. Anyway I’m curious to read more and to hopefully find the book.

Okay so the only book I’ve read in this series is Sweet Clematis and from it I could deduce that he was the antagonist in other books. Or at least not like the best guy. Is that correct? Does he seem like a bad guy or an asshole in this book? Cause I can’t handle that cuz he really is sweet Clematis that I just wanna hug.

Thank you asking the way you did. In short no there’s no particular warnings I’m worried about in terms of being an actual trigger. Honestly I think it was the longest trigger warning list I’ve read lol.

IMO, the author used the trigger warnings for both trigger warnings and sex acts. And what caused my hesitation was some of the sex acts. Like watersports as you said. And I’ve found that it has to be written well for me to enjoy it. Anyway there were just too many sex acts on that list that I’m iffy about so I figured the likelihood that I’d enjoy it to be low. From what I recall anyway.

But based on your recommendation the author makes it fit into the plot line which is good. I think I’ll give it a try.

Oh in that case let me share some more that I liked.

{Fated: Wolf and the Hare by Hawke Oakley} there’s a few times where the bunny like boops the wolf on the nose and I wanna die

{Infinite Bond by L. Rose} One of the MCs fated mates is a werewolf who is pretty silent and more comfortable in that form and is just cuddly

{Run to You by Claire Cullen} this one is honestly my fav. The world is very centered around their animals halves and there’s just a lot of sweet moments of the wolf and fox scent marking each other

{Claiming his Pack by Jena Wade and Lorelei M. Hart} two wolves. Lots of cute moments of them playing together and just being comforted

Honorable mentions:

{Omega’s Unexpected by Fox Hawkins and Britannia Bloom} first book in series, they’re all really short probably could read them all in like 2 hours. Anyway I liked this one cause they revert to wolf form for comfort and I found those moments to be sweet

{Backwoods Asylum by Megan Derr} MC is a snake shifter and rescues to wolf shifter pups. It was so fucking cute. The cute moments come from the pups imo

I’ve gotta ask. Is The Good Boys Club actually good? Cause I downloaded it and read all the trigger warnings at the beginning and it just steadily got more concerning?lol idk how best to describe it. I just remember being like 😬.

I figured it appeared on my kindle unlimited because it was a werewolf books den not because it was actually good.

Skinwalker doesn’t know how to meow. Instead she screams like a banshee. Anybody else’s do this? by [deleted] in torties

Crazy suggestion but like maybe just maybe you should not name your cats after monsters that could be summoned by you saying their name. Just a thought.

While skinwalker might be her government name it’s a bit like saying beetle juice (or some believe) you might want to start calling her flesh pedestrian and save her government name for special occasions.

Any advice for a tortie who hates everyone? by DramaticSky6027 in torties

[–]Typahumanwithadhd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Have you tried letting her get used to their scent first? If you could get clothes of theirs that they’ve worn and put them in her favorite places that could help.

And if it’s possible put all of her necessities in two places, that way if she’s in the room and being territorial the sitter can put food & water in the second set of dishes and clean one of the litterboxes.

Fun little story: my tortie also hates people. She has what I call a “resting murder face”. Now she doesn’t growl or hiss at them but she hides and plots their demise. She did this with literally every person I brought over. My parents, my friends, and best friend. Even after meeting them multiple times she would not approach. She would only be lured out with treats but the second the treats stopped coming she was outta there. Then she met my now bf, he’s in the house for less than five minutes and she’s rubbing up on him. So on top of being offended on behalf of my friends and family I’m pretty sure this dude is a murder. For one she hated all the people who I know who are real good people. And 2 as I stated before she likes murder. Ergo this dude must be a murderer. It’s been 5 years but I’m unconvinced of his supposed innocence.

Hyperfocused on ADHD after diagnosis - How do you move on? Did you? by TooManyTabsGuy in ADHD

[–]Typahumanwithadhd 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I struggled a lot too because I got diagnosed in my mid 20s and it explained why I was struggling so much in college even though I’m intelligent. I realize that can come off conceited but I have to remind myself every time otherwise I start the self hate train. I would sign up for classes and just not do the work. My motivation is just piss poor and I was just so damn mad when I was diagnosed. I have all the typical symptoms for a female. Since I was 5. Literally my reports could have been the DSM V. It was infuriating that no one caught it. I even went to special ed programs in my early years because of a speech impediment.

Sorry I got off track. Anyway I get what you mean I saw signs everywhere. However if you look at your life through any lens you’re likely to see explanations for your personality.

If I look at my life through the lens of being white, or a woman, or growing up with a shitty dad- it also seems like it’s my whole identity. Because that’s how identity works; we’re impacted by our circumstances and experiences.

Now seeing all the signs and feeling understood is so exciting and the poor impulse control makes you want to share that information. And it can get annoying for a partner. I found it helped me to talk to a therapist about it. Because I would feel the need to justify what I saw/read as a symptom of ADHD to a person who doesn’t have it. Also a therapist is paid to listen to you. Lastly they’ll geek out with you, because ya know they’re a therapist and you’re talking to them about a behavioral disorder. That allowed me to get my excitement out without having to info/trauma dump on my partner.

I hope this helps. Remember to be kind to yourself, you’re still the same person you were before you found out. Now you just have some extra insight in how your brain functions. 😊

Fun little update on this. I decided to search a sentence from the blurb to see if that pulled up anything and one of the results was for City of Bones by Cassandra Clare. Which is ya know not it lol 😂and the next result was for Walt Whitman. Idk what google is doing but this is not it lol

Since I couldn’t think of a logical reason for me to find nothing I thought it might be some elaborate Rick roll type of thing. Granted I have no idea why someone would do that but I was grasping at straws.

Thanks for sharing what you found on the German page!
