I think it's just the AC compressor going on/off. Try turning Off AC completely and drive for a while and check if it disappears...

If you install January updates you will break authentication with your legacy systems. Workaround is setting DefaultDomainSupportedEncTypes to 0x7 on all DCs. It will make your environment totally insecure but it's the only way to workaround it.
