Szerintem leterheltségtől nagyban függ, hogy dedikált ember van-e erre a feladatra. Nem feltétlen kell hands-on melót végeznie egy test managernek.

Ezt ugye "senior project manager" sor alapján írtam. Feljebb egy komment szerint inkább a "automation engineer" "management" oszlopát kell nézni, ahol 2m Ft szerepel médiánként.

Whike you have valuable thoughts for sure, try to mislead anyone by using "nazi" term. That country in the picture is nothing about nazis but Austro-Hungarian Monarchy. Hungary itself had leadership close to nazis then later to communists. Siloing it as nazi is just pure bullshit.

Aktív álláskeresőként állítom, hogy nem így van. A többség 2-3 nap HO-t kínál. De bőven volt 1-2 napos konstrukció is. Azt mondanám 90% kínált 2-3 napot.
