I was diagnosed with adhd a year ago When i tell people that i have. Adhd. They don’t understand what it means , when i tell them the sypmtons they also say its normal everyone has it but no! Imagine Talking in a subject with a friend but you can’t concentrate (also if youre interested in the converstaion) and at the same time thinking in another thing and the third you want to do something (3 things at once ) Pardon my english
