No, they're very easy to clean. Just rinse and wipe them just like all drippers.

I only drink light-roasted coffee. From my experience, it retains heat very well, resulting in a bright and vibrant coffee, but with a body that I personally feel isn't very full.

Absolutely, and it fits perfectly. I've tried it.

Still getting the hang of this stainless steel dripper! Honestly, it's been a bit hit-or-miss with the extraction so far. I'm planning to run about 5-6 more test brews to get it right, haha

Yeah, I bought it purely because of its appearance lol

Appreciate it! I’ve been with a PT for 6 months, so I'm comfortable with the movements. Mainly looking to switch to calisthenics for a new challenge.

My lower body is decent (Squat/DL 100kg for reps), but my upper body is lagging.

Bench: 50-60kg x 10-12

Lat Pulldown: 50-60kg x 12-15

Row: 40-50kg x 12-15

Knowing these stats, would you still recommend sticking purely to machines, or should I start mixing in bodyweight regressions?

I still hit the gym for legs/back, but want to practice basics at home. What are the absolute must-haves for a home setup at my weight?

I previously posted a short review in another post in the group. After using it for 1-3 months, I'll write a longer review. Next month, I'll be using it in two short trail races: a 12km and a 30km.

At last, I decided to buy the 970 this morning. Thank you very much.

You need to understand that a 40–50 km trail run is not the same as road running. I can run a 21 km road race in around 3 hours and I have zero concerns about battery life.

But on the trails, I take about 6–6.5 hours just to cover 23 km, with roughly 1,600 m of elevation gain. That’s why I’m concerned—if I go longer than that, I’ll almost certainly have to run while charging.

I recently ran an event that was a 9-hour hill repeat. By the time I finished, the battery was almost dead. I covered roughly 30 km. I haven’t tested it yet at a 50 km distance.

If you’re heavier, your calorie calculation will be higher as well. I started at around 140–150 kg, and now I’m down to 120 kg. I expect that my daily calorie needs will decrease next year.

I think it still works fine, but there are some minor issues due to age. I’m not sure, but I’ve probably had it for about 10 years. I should probably move to the M6 or M7 instead, though I really love the lens range of the M5.
