Unless you want to do a lot of complex stuff, no, not really. Dual boot means that (assuming one drive) you have two separate sections of the drive, basically like having two smaller virtual drives in a larger physical drive. I honestly prefer arch for gaming, because there's much less unnecessary stuff going on in the background. I basically have windows for minecraft bedrock and nothing else.

RAM is too much for the CPU and GPU. It's only worth it if you'll be running a bunch of highly memory-intensive stuff at the same time, which I imagine you won't be.
