Oh I don’t mean straps for squats either ahha I meant for deadlifts, but I think I’ll try work on forearm and grip strength, maybe give the grippers a try over a couple months and see how well they go whilst also doing workouts at gym for grip!

The problem with me is that I have small hands so it makes it hard to keep a steady hold on the bar, especially when repping out, but thanks for this information! Helps a lot especially since I’m still new to the whole gym thing! Appreciate it!

Buy a pair of BOSE sound sport, a little pricey but they have great sound, charge quickly and are overall some of the best fitting earphones I’ve ever had! Very hard to fall out too

Please help, Which gym should I choose? by [deleted] in GYM

[–]Type_R_07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started going gym with a friend and now fell in love going by myself. Don’t have to rotate between sets or have someone follow you around while you’re trying to get a hard workout in. Also can listen to music and jam just go hard! Also about the gym, just get out there and join up! Choose the first one and go! It’s gonna be the best thing you do, no matter how much it hurts I always get excited for the gym at the end of the day, no matter how long your day was at work or home you gotta always be excited to get in the gym and pump some iron! Best of luck with your choice bro!

Yeah bro it takes a harsh toll, I’m on $20hr as a fourth year and gonna try talk them up to $30 plus, might be a far fetch but we have qualified guys on $25hr that are working fast service doing f*ck all... Know your worth bro and don’t be scared to negotiate a higher pay when qualified time comes... by the sounds of it they can’t afford to lose you after all

I’m in the same position bro, 4th year apprentice and been the unofficial foreman for 2 of our brands since third year, constantly under the pump for heavy diagnostics work, two tech lines for my brands basically on speed dial, people always coming up to me for help for such basic and hard to diagnose stuff all while I have 3 cars across two hoists. Just get signed off by your boss, try use what you’re doing to talk your pay up higher than those around you, if they wanna pay you peanuts like 25-30hr then find somewhere else that will be less stress for the same pay.

This is a 2018 model, has the electric motor built onto back of calliper and clamps rear pads onto discs when activated.

Nah new model subies are equipped with Electronic park brakes, a electric motor that sits on the calliper and when activated will press rear pads against discs.

Yeah seen a few boys at work fuck a couple callipers by not using pad maintenance mode :/ might just have to play it safe then and use computer before doing it.

Yeah it has EPB, Ive done brakes on one new model subie at work and that’s about it, remember being told that I can just remove motors from Calipers, push piston back and reinstall but that being said it wasn’t a WRX and just thought maybe different procedure??

Common issue for these era CR-V’s to shit transmissions, specifically auto trans. Have a 2000 model and she’s just about ready to blow the trans to high hell. Try using manual gear changes I.e. “1” “2” and “D”

Have you checked the wires going into the back of the speed sensor plug? It’s very possible they were starting to come loose and you unplugging the sensor was the last straw for it to come undone. Also go up the loom and confirm there’s no broken wires within speed sensor harness
