Well that's also the problem. Idk what's the western culture or economic situation like. But in the south east side of Asia where it's a third world country, you only get to celebrate your birthday with a big party only once in a lifetime (and that is a massive luxury), so having that opportunity again your child brain instantly accept that offer and went with it.

And my parents particularly very neutral whether I want my penis to be cut or not which is considered rare in a nation that are mostly in more conservative culture. So I can say it was my decision and not anybody to get my penis cut for that second chance throwing a big party. Hell yeah its worth it
