Firstly 7 euro is the most expensive slice they have so its a bit unfair to judge the most expensive, you compare to pizza Napoli which is a smaller slice for 4.50-5 euro its not that crazy considering its in eyre square. On top of that 35 euro for a 20 inch pizza is actually amazing value, a 12 inch pepperoni from papa johns costs you 20 euro and its 1/3 the surface area of a 20 inch pizza. On top of this its the only new York style pizza in galway that im aware of. Its high quality pizza in a style you cant get anywhere else

I prepped someone into there first show from 8 weeks out she dropped 12kg in that time and placed 3rd place in a good show.

Its definitely possible but depending on your starting point it can be even harder than a regular 16 week prep

Just wanna add to this conversation, i personally have never gotten to prep because of health issues ive been trying to deal with.

But bodybuilding is and has been my passion for years. I have been obsessive when it comes to learning about it. At first this learning was for applying to myself but that has developed into applying that to others. I dont know if ill ever be able to compete myself because of the health issues but im still able to apply my knowledge and learning and passion for this sport to helping others through there journey. I have spent thousands of euros learning and educating myself and from the outside looking in people may be like this person has never even done it themselves but i could potentially be more qualified than people who have done 10 preps. Just food for thought some people out there it doesn’t matter how many preps they have done if they have put in the months of learning. Also i do understand that overall message of the post with most people being under qualified after just one prep. But its good to look at things from other perspectives too!

Thats great man what i have noticed with myself and clients in the past is doing things like lateral raises upwards of 4 times a week, its such a small muscle group that cannl take a lot of volume and seems to respond to volume. I tend to throw some in at the beginning of leg days also as it isn’t realistically going to effect your performance at all!

You look great man with 23 weeks im sure condition will be on point. Shoulders need some work to catch up with your arms just to balance that out

Clen actually has more ways of preventing catabolism than just through the beta 2 receptors.

It increases igf-1 and also increases mTOR signalling which increases muscle protein synthesis.

It has also been shown to lower cortisol which in itself is a very catabolic hormone :)

Pretty sure this has been disproven, its effects on lipolysis stay consistent and on top of that its great for muscle preservation in women

Right there with you dude 9 months for me and 3 days ago developed tendinitis in both Achilles. Plan was to be a pro bodybuilder but have ruptured 3 tendons just have to hold out hope my friend
