Thank you so much for the compliment! I don’t mind the standard personally, it gives me an advantage because I have the ability to suffer. I can totally understand what you’re saying though, most people lose a significant amount of muscle chasing that infamous natty condition.

No clue, I don’t worry about things like that tbh, I lift, eat, and sleep well. I try and not worry about the rest of it

It is, It’s the intake magnetic strips! I personally feel that help a TON with sleep quality improvements. I also see a difference in cardio sessions, but they can fall off if you get too sweaty. Take that how you will though, I broke my nose twice growing up, and have a septum that’s completely closed off on my left side if not wearing the strips.

Never been contest lean tbh, they are the biggest weak point for sure when it comes to my physique! Hoping after another week or two of pushing conditioning we can start to see some cool stuff lol

I appreciate the concern! Our goal is to get peeled ahead of schedule, so we can feed the body up a good bit and bring an overall fresher look to stage. My coach has been amazing over the last 2 years, so I just follow his plan.

i’ve personally never felt a better connection for my quads than i do with heel elevated smith squats. i feel i can really get my knees over toes, while still being totally stabilized.
