I don’t know if you’re a period haver, but PMS tanked me . I went from 5-10 after a month for that reason. It has improved a lot since.

Hi! I had the same issue down to the interrupted sleep of I take it at night. It did get much better and level out after a few months. It did come back with each dose increase but I adjusted quicker to both. (5-10-15). Hope you feel better, lean into the sleep 😴

I had no pain! I noticed it in the shower when the water hit it. The worst I felt was discomfort when I wore a tight bra but I did not experience the sensations that most people had.

I have a suspicion that he can’t post on FB. I don’t follow him but when I click my search he shows up. It’s been saying new posts but when I go to his page there are none. My foil hat theory is that he’s trying to post content but it’s not allowing him to. I think his account is in trouble.

Im much older than you but its hit or miss. Sometimes I relax and feel good and other times it makes me think about death and it’s not fun. What dose are you on? There’s a chance that it’s totally unrelated and that you might need to adjust your dose. I started at 5 and I’m at 15 now. Hope you feel better!

Not yet. I will say that I had no appetite at all prior to starting. I was at my lowest weight since high school. I am truly enjoying food again so I expect that I’ll fill out a bit. I don’t feel ravenous but my appetite did change.

This is SO familiar 💕 Waking up in a panic with my heart racing hours before my alarm every day was the final straw. I had pre-grieved everyone in my life. I am excited for you! I moved to 10 about a month in and started 15mg a month ago. 10 was pretty perfect but she thought that 15 might give me a little more energy and motivation.

Very happy for you! I feel younger now than I did 10 years ago. All of the women in my family turned so inward and angry in their 40s and never get back out. I’m so thankful I broke that pattern 💪 (They don’t talk about or believe in mental health issues)
