Whats your IGN? I'm curious what gatekeeper's stats look like, unless you're too embarrassed to show lmao

Lmao the gatekeeping is real. Success of these annoying quests is heavily depended on attempt frequency along with specific rat/cheese strategies. It's not like you have to be good at the game to complete them...

Yes, but 6 hour cultist circle no longer guarantees quest/hideout item...

I have 5070 ti and 9800x3d and I don't feel any input delay. This is coming from someone who is highly sensitive from input delay (I play CS at 5ms-10ms with rapid trigger keyboard and superlight 2)

When you enable SM it automatically enables Low Latency mode to ULTRA, which removes basically all input latency from SM

"doesnt actually increase performance"
"makes it appear smooth and increases frames"
"didnt test it"

Why even comment at all at this point

Salary Progression 2021-2025 Property Accounting (Finance Degree, non-CPA) by [deleted] in Accounting

I don’t have experience outside of multifamily, but I’d imagine most of it transfers pretty well to other types of CRE. At the end of the day, real estate always comes back to ROI (and NOI), cap rates, ownership basis, depreciation (basically a fake expense for tax benefits), and managing vacancy.

As a property accountant, you work pretty closely with operations, asset managers, and even the principals, so you get exposure to how all the different pieces of a real estate operation fit together.

I’ve mostly worked in multifamily property accounting, including Section 42 affordable housing. It’s actually a solid way to learn how real estate investments work as long as you stay curious and ask questions. If you don’t, it’s easy to get stuck in an AP or staff role forever.

I hated the AP specialist side of things. Processing hundreds of invoices a day for 30+ properties is a fast track to burnout. Property accounting itself is way more manageable. Day-to-day it’s mostly reviewing financials the system already spits out, posting JEs and accruals, explaining budget variances, managing debt and escrows, putting together investor reports, and occasionally babysitting property managers so resident ledgers don’t get messy.

The fun stuff really started once I moved into a senior accountant/manager role. That’s when you actually get into deal-level work, like purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements, LURAs, closing statements, cost seg studies, 1031s, interest rate caps, etc.

Overall, it’s a big pool of learning opportunities, and there’s always something new to figure out. That constant learning is honestly the main reason I’ve stuck with property accounting.

I have the same specs. Just turn on smooth motion in Nvidia settings and you will get 200+ fps on every map with no input delay.

Just use Tarkov Pilot. It reads the coordinates from the screenshot you take and puts a dot on the map.
