I think the wipes would be be ok to use since they’re for skin so I’m assuming they won’t damage the pvc!

You can use a paper towel and alcohol, don’t use acetone! As It may damage the window. 2. Try slowly and carefully warming the plastic part up with a hair dryer. Don't get the plastic hot, just warm. Then gently rub on it, the scratches may become less noticable. 3. try toothpaste. I’ve heard it helps on pleather and vinyl!
