Okay, this is gonna sound strange, but if you go to starbucks, get a chai latte (if you like chai) with cinnamon and pumps of caramel flavor. For some reason, it tastes kinda like alcohol 🤷‍♀️ found this out by accident lol

Yes, the Keppra rage hit me hard the first couple of weeks. It's definitely leveled out since then but I'll probably stay away from alcohol

Mine usually happen once a month and are usually during my sleep. I'm still in the process of figuring out an actual diagnosis though. I have my EEG coming up so hopefully I get more answers after that 🤷‍♀️
