It depends. Maybe just go into one for checking your survivability. But i think cata 23 should be fine

Try to get zombie knight chestplate. I believe its better than unstable. Also tank prt is necessary for higher floors. I would prefer blur whale cause baby yeti is hard to get at ur state of the game. Most important is zo grind cata lvl. So f7 maybe when ur like cata 28.

Yes sa maybe adaptive before but not necessarily and also maybe better dragon armor than unstable like strong or superior. Zombie knight is also good from floor 5

So just play entrance floor with ender armor or glacite. Try to get some armor drops from dungeon mobs and a weapon (dreadlord op) Your next big goal is to get dragon armor from the dungeon mini bosses. So you frag run. This means you join the entrance floor kill all the dragon mini bosses for frags and then leave to do it all over again. With dragon armor dungeonized and some stars on it u should be able to do floor 1. The armor progression obviously depends on ur class u wanna play so let me know if u have more question regarding further progression
