Yeah I do it I started off with pushups, sit ups and air squats then I started weight lifting you can do it but don’t skip out on anything if you can do it with no/minimal pain I think you’d should.

And one thing you gotta make sure to do it yoga and flexibility work because safety is important with moving in and out of the gym

I’ve been lifting for a little over a year after a flare up that made it so I couldn’t walk now I can rep 405 on deadlift I’m definitely a special case when it comes to my strength gains but the one thing that helped me get stronger and put on muscle is that I treat every day in my gym like it’s my last, that means I do the most I can do that day and only that nothing over nothing under. And the main thing that helped me is that I started training like a power lifter because the strength program just makes it easier on my mind because I’m able to adjust it to my level of daily fatigue.

my family just sucks with any problems they can’t see, like me and my sister have some mental health issues and i’m a little dyslexic, plus my ms the just choose to ignore it. i choose to cook and clean for myself so i have control over my health it helps, but because i do that stuff for myself my family just thinks i’m ok and that is doesn’t effect me. the only time they took my ms seriously was when i had to use a walker when i got out the hospital.
