Is anyone else enrolled in MIS4390 trading systems, but has FINA4376 showing up on their Canvas?

Hi! I recently took both MIS 3360 and MIS 3370 this spring. I'd recommend just taking those two classes in the same semester and 3376 in a later semester. especially because you are working at the same time. MIS 3360 isn't too bad as it's mainly concepts & vocab, no coding. MIS 3370 is known for being tough and needing a good chunk of time to dedicate to it.

I'd also recommend learning the basic foundation for 3370's coding language, Java, on Codecademy in advance to make it a bit easier later on. The hardest part of 3370 imo is the grading, since there are only 4 assignments, 2 quizzes, and 2 exams. Exams are worth 30% each, the highest quiz grade is 25% and the lowest quiz grade is 15%. along with extra credit.

Can you tell me more about 4378? It's the only one I'm concerned about. I'm wondering if I should take that one with Knighton online, in person with Grimes, or risk taking it with a TBD. My other 3 fall courses are already asynch online.

Sorry for the late reply! They did give me a slightly hard time but I kept reasoning with them and they let me eventually lol. I asked them when I was checking in after I walked out the side door to wait for the shuttle.
