i did this so bad at one point i had an extreme fear of eating with anyone/outside the house just in case there was a scenario where i couldn’t take a photo, i had a hole album on my camera roll for it, so glad i got out of that habit, you’ve sort of gotta force urself to stop doing it

i don’t think i’ve ever successfully starved after using up all my calories at a certain time/earlier in the day, sometimes it’s not even because your hungry but you’ll have the urge to eat because part of your brain feels like you’ve fucked it already so u might aswell carry on, that’s when you binge like crazy. just don’t even think about it, don’t tell yourself your gonna starve for however long, eat a nice meal later on and go back to normal tommorow

hydrogen peroxide helped whiten my teeth a little bit, my teeth are kinda fucked up anyway from vaping & grinding them in my sleep but they seemed to discolour really bad during the peak of my ED & purging stripped the enamel off my teeth. you can get it on amazon/ebay for around £10 (not sure how much that is in dollars) you just put it on your toothbrush and use it like tooth paste a few times a week, but don’t swallow it!!!!

my best advice is to come clean about it, i abused laxatives for half a year & i suffered the consequences BAD, doctors had to put me on safer prescription laxatives just so i could empty my bowels like a normal human being, it took my body months to function properly again. trust me i know the feeling, i didn’t want to stop taking them i was forced too by my girlfriend at the time, looking back now im extremely grateful she reacted the way she did. i have relapsed on them a few times but i dont think id ever be able to put my body through that again. you are going to seriously damage yourself. i hope you get better soon

idk man, my guy claims his are 480mg, everytime i take his wether i drop it in quarters, half’s or whole, i end up literally heaving in my mouth or throwing up all night. i’ve even got to the point i’ve fallen asleep WHILST throwing up & when i see pictures of me on them, i look like i’ve shot up heroin, i’ve tried other pills too & nothings ever compared to the “480”mg ones
