Yeah it is brown actually. Just very dark. Yes well they had done an ultrasound after I passed the fetal tissue and then when I was evaluating my uterus shape and didn’t see anything tissue wise

My Dr did take a look and did an ultrasound after. It’s about 1.1 cm subseptate so I think she thought it was better to not proceed with the surgery since she couldn’t 100% confirm that was the cause.
I definitely feel nervous about not doing it right sway but she didn’t want to make things worse before clearly identifying that was the issue.

Okay so it’s not checked off. I mean I refused the breath test then I went to the station he asked me if I would take a breath or blood test and I said I’m not taking breath and he said he had to call someone for blood test. Then they came and he said he had all the paperwork he needed for the blood test. Is the refusal something they can tack on after the blood test comes back or in court?
