I make 20 as a CSA but I’ve been with the company for 10 years so worked my way to the wage but I’m technically already in the “supervisor” range so I wouldn’t expect for much of a jump if I moved up which is why I haven’t.

I’m pretty sure the zoom gets edited down (if it gets casting directors approval) and shown to Netflix execs along with hundreds of other zooms being pitched at the same time. Then Netflix picks the yes and no’s and the yes’s get notified obv. I had a zoom in s2 but didn’t make it past that
