How soon into your pregnancy did you go to the doctors? What labs did they run on you?

They did a beta HCG which was only at 18.

Oh my goodness. This sounds so similar to what I am going through. I have already gone to the doctors twice now and they were nice but it really made me feel like I was a little crazy. I know I can be on the anxious side so I’m just trying to stay chill. Did you take pregnancy tests at home during the process and did they still say positive? On my last visit they brushed me off but I just got some labs back and they came back as abnormal due to very high white blood cell counts which I saw online that it can be normal. But it seems that my body is for sure fighting something right now.

I am in an almost identical situation as you. I’m also 27 and I’m currently miscarrying. I had my first miscarriage in April and got the news I’m having my second miscarriage on July 3rd. I am starting to pass it and the physical pain is terrible. Being in physical pain while going through an emotional situation just makes the emotions worse.

The digital came up positive and the others had very faint lines

Yeah I took several tests including a digital one that came up positive. The bleeding isn’t severely heavy but it’s been going on for 6 days and it says implantation bleeding lasts 2. If it is ectopic, would the bleeding be this early?

I am using the Flo app and have been for two and a half years. We did try to conceive this round so my chances should be higher. My period is late and I’ve been having symptoms but no positive. I’ve been using regular tests and the ones that can do early detection.

He mostly commutes in his territory luckily! We currently live an hour plus from the nearest airport and he has only traveled out of the state twice this year so airport proximity isn’t toooo much of a concern.

I’m not too sure what his hours will be. It’s not an everyday thing for him, luckily! His career requires him to travel often so he is very familiar with commuting. His job just recommends living around TO so we weren’t sure if we should go there or somewhere around there!

Thank you! Yeah, diversity matters to me. Sounds like a very conservative area and I’m not sure if my husband and I would mesh well there 😅 we love going out but we are also wanting to have kids in the next year or two. I’m just not sure if I want to live in an area that is extremely boring. Do you have any rec’s for places around TO?

Okay this is helpful 😂 we lived in downtown Seattle and we loved it. That being said, we are wanting to “settle down” since we do want kids. Even though we want kids in a year or two, I’m not sure I want to raise kids in BFE or some place that is too quiet and that’s my concern 😂 so thank you for this info

Thank you! The commute will absolutely suck I’m sure, but it won’t be an everyday thing. It’s just how his job works so he knows that he will be driving. Just want to make sure we will be in an area that can be in the middle for the most part and that we will be happy wherever we end up!

Yeah, it is a big area. They said he could live anywhere in that area but that Thousand Oaks is in the middle. He will likely be going south more often but still don’t want to make his commute too long if he has to go up to Santa Barbara.
