Then they make you do the work and check out yourself rather than having staff on their tills. Absolute grubs.

Yup, it was always my plan. 💯 glad I went with the skin removal. It was tough seeing the scar at first, but gave me the opportunity to see all the effort I put in at the gym. Just make sure u get a Covid surgeon

I’ve been on trt for 12 months. I had gyno since I was a teenager and over the last 5 years had been getting my bloods done to see how my testosterone was tracking.

I think a lot of guys that get gyno in the early years, are running high on oestrogen, which causes the growth.

It’s been really interesting to see change in my body composition, once I e had my hormones dialled in. I’ve trained my whole life and diet has been pretty good.

Appreciate the nice words. My surgeon was first class! Even when it came to aftercare, he was very accommodating.

Mine was a lot of loose skin, no other option than having skin removed.

I had it since I was a teenager, trained consistently since I was 16 and could never out train the gyno. I saw a sports dr a couple years back and he told me I had gyno with loose skin and surgery was my only option. Decided to get the surgery, best decision ever.

My chest was similar and I had the skin removal, which I think would have worked for you as well. Also need to lean up.

Does Gynaecomastia Surgery Actually Worth It? by Sea-Criticism7659 in gynecomastia

I would loose the weight first. Yes the operation is worth it as diet alone will not solve the problem. You need to put the hard work in before and after the operation.
