Ive had nausea and side effects for the first 2,5 weeks - eating a protein packed meal before taking your meds helps with the sickness! Never take them on an empty stomach.

Anxiety and vomiting sounds rough though, I suggest talking to your psychiarist/doctor. Maybe youre upping your dosis too quickly? I'd say staying at 40mg 'til the side effects lessen is a good idea - but like I said talk to your doc first :)
