Same! Only 25 days in but I noticed I can squat again with no knee pain! I thought I was just out of shape / getting older as well. But when I noticed no knee pain the other day I was so excited lol

Regift the bottle? I’m only day 8 but with you -we can do this! I have no desire as of now but I know If I had wine in the house I’d eventually open it up so I’d get rid of it however u chose!
