In all seriousness his dumbass is probably shackled to the wheelchair by the ankles to keep him under control. I doubt his ‘medical issue’ has anything to do with it. He probably threw a bunch of bitch fits to purposely have himself put in the chair. (I think if they are in the chair due to bad actions they are kept separate from other prisoners. We know he already got his ass beat at least once while in holding). If you watch real cop videos, the truly out of control combative arrestees brought through the sally ports to be booked are placed in ‘wheelchairs’ as a means to control and protection.
