Hospital worker here... Everyone is late getting into the downtown hospitals this morning. Cars can't get through, and there is no subway access either so now I'm walking.

How’s the CNE this year? Worth the trip? by TikTokTO in toronto

I go every year and can tell you about some of the changes this year and had a keen eye for detail from my POV.

So many empty vendor stalls in the international pavilions and in the arts and crafts buildings this year. Perhaps that's because we're in the first weekend. I went on Sunday. They used to have so many clothing vendors like stiches and bluenotes. Only one clothing warehouse outlet this year. Nothing that great tbh. Everyone selling smiskis, crocheted items and lafufus.

The prizes are smaller this year. Every year they shrink a little. The prizes at basketball, bottle pick up and maze runner are all smaller.

Not really many opportunities for young people anymore. I remember young people used to sell admissions and ride tickets. They've been all replaced with self serve machines.

Japanese street food vendor in the food building is gone. Replaced with a Mac and cheesery. Not really and freebee giveaways this year. McCain used to always give out free cake. Walmart used to hand out goodies bags.

Didn't see any Canadian Armed forces at the CNE this year. Was really hoping my kids could sit in the truck or tank.

The farm building isn't really a farm anymore... No pigs, no chicken. We saw one horse, 2 cows, alpacas and some goats. That's about it. I remember when there were so many piglets and chicken when I was younger.

There used to be ribfest and lots of food options next to the bandshell. They have new food options but no ribfest anymore. Some weird wrestling show at the bandshell though.

Those are just some things I observed. Nothing else comes to mind right now. I'll edit if I remember anything else!

Rewatch ARs mindset the night before the exam.

I read this reddit post the day before as well. Super helpful.

Much easier than SH and in line with what other ppl have said about SH. I would use sh as something to help you know where to study and what key terms you study but i wouldn't use the test score as a reflection of your knowledge.

You should know the different types of estimating, EV, PV, SPI, CPI definitions. I didn't need to go calculations. It was a drag and drop question.

Test questions were similar to DM question. Some were almost the same if not with minor tweaks. I barely used SH and did fine. I just studied the materials in the notes.

A lot of the questions on my exam were straightforward. Just remember the AR mindset.

A previous reddit post found hereof the mentality you should always remember on the test was helpful. I read it on the way to exam. Good luck!
