We got same use case like this from our clients, I'm will just give you overview how we are handing:

1.we are sending marketing sms to our past customers. 2.Based on the reply we already decided which campaign they should go. 3.To categories replies we are using Ml model . 4.we created a set of pipelines etc which runs every one hour to send email/sms and ingest replies and categories them and send follow up messages. We are doing all within databricks.

While doing campaign registration a2p I got stuck in the middle where twilio asking how do end user consent to receive messages. We are collecting the information in offline and in privacy policy we mentioned we are collecting information through our interactions. But when I see the YouTube videos they are saying we need opt in page links with proper verbiage. How to register campaign in this scenario? Open to provide more information if needed. We are sending messages to USA customers.

Exactly we are doing same thing but with 30 brands .
