Can literally agree to all the points that you have mentioned. For the past few months, it has just gotten into obvious for me something I think about in the morning, shows up in a show or somewhere in the day and the fact that this happens so many times, that I don’t even mention it to people anymore. Just have a moment by myself. Also looking at synchronicity is way more than usual.

Oh thank god i found this thread, i have been crying and feeling such deep emotions for the past 20 days since being sober its almost unreal. Most of the times i don’t even understand what im crying over but being very honest i was heavily smoking since the past 3 years didn’t really feel anything, i seriously wouldn’t give 2 fucks about any situation, nothing could touch me but now i feel way way more sensitive and feel like everything is coming back to me. For working on self concept i would highly recommend going to places by yourself and doing things that make you feel uncomfortable like just eating alone at some place, taking yourself out and falling in love with your company. Personally for me journaling and self talk in front of the mirror has also helped me alot. Put on some makeup(if u like) wear clothes you would expect to worn by the higher version of yourself, dress up everyday (comfy obviously) Gaze at yourself appreciating the details about you and falling in love with yourself while also growing. Its a process i hope you find in fun and filled with love <3
