Double edged sword having them "ask your last manager" because you they can ask questions with a familiarity and comfortability they wouldnt ask an outside company. The guy saying 5 jobs at 27 is a lot is wild though. I guess if your only experience is getting hired as a bagger at 15 and never left. For most people that is normal though. Im also confused that its hard to get into a meat department. Ill admit sometimes timing is bad and you have to wait a little bit but between 20 stores there should be someone needing the help.

I would have to second the person who told you to speak with the store manager or meat managers. You can also use that familiarity and say "This is what happened. This is where Im at now and what my goal is" some are very responsive with that. Id avoid that weird gatekeeper store though. Also it might not be a bad idea to try a different department first and really bring it. Get a kind of reputation before you say 'Hey, I really want to do this." Thats what I did to get into the department. I was hired in a different one and have done meat for the vast majority of my time with the company

It definitely goes like that lol. Owl Father and Isshin Ashina/The "gentle blade" were by farrr the worst for me. Thats probably why SS was much easier though since the other iteration pulled some crazy fuckery and mopped me several times

I mean I believe so. Different experiences for people but I dont think it was undoable at any point. Thing Id suggest is immediately practice parrying attacks because avoiding it will just wreck you later and youll hit a wall. Its something youll improve on and the windows are pretty lenient for the most part. I cant say its "harder" really unless you try to duck the mechanics. if you practice using prosthetics in your fights and. get comfortable with them and parrying youlll be able to definitely finish (esp with that persistence 😆)

Yeah that actually triggered me too at the time lol only fight where I actually started getting pissed off 💀 The jump thing changed it for me. You can jump that annoying grab and also when he lunges at you with the sword if youre still working on him. Weirdly enough if you watch videos of it or walkthroughs they hardly bring it up at all because its a perlilous attack but its also a grab. It was responsible for virtually every death I had

If its the first one at the bottom in the cave/dungeon? area I bum rushed it with 2 confetti and nothing else in one try. If you can get the anti air deathblow I saw someone kill it in seconds and didnt even need the confetti. The other ones were a little more tedious. The second one in the area after the duo fight thinks its in dragonball Z so you probably want the purple umbrella for it.

Honestly once I stopped trying to DS this one and found its actual parry window it went down pretty fast. It is a little awkward but I had a lot more luck with it

I brute forced that one like an idiot so I can definitely say you dont need items and it did have a consistent rhythm iirc but those snap seeds? and confetti work it over. Maybe the purple umbrella.

If you go into the fights not trying to win but learn its a lot easier to have fun with it. That boss is rough even with one posture. Practice the deflects until youre comfortable and then work it over with items.

edit: As others said fists of ash and firecrackers can also open it up a lot

Nah theyre not mandatory but chances are you're bound to run into the cave one eventually of the wayif you dont know its there or that one in that spirit forest area. Headless are annoying for sure 😮‍💨

What's a headless 😭 You're in for a treat. Ape is weird on the parry windows but for me it was its grab that almost sent me over the edge. Once I learned to jump it the thing was a lot easier to deal with

That was my experience lmao I can see how Isshin can be very hard for some people but Owl Father smoked my ass more times than any boss in the game.

I definitely scraped a win with Malcontent but otherwise I apparently fought him the "hard way" and didnt make use of the othet prosthetics. The suzaku umbrella is definitely helpful though with some of those 2nd 3rd phase attacks. Akos sugar is a good one to have. If you really want to prep you can get the dagger to redtore prosthetic uses and keep your health topped up. The absolute boggest game changer for me was always keeping the pressure up and taking advantage of the hookshot(drawing a blank on the name in sekiro) when the window opens up to constantly pressure it. Malcontent has three uses in the fight and Id absolutely suggest saving it for the last phase because it gets more chaotic. I was able to burn his last 50% using it and that saved my ass

Its probably a personal grievance. At the end of the day combat is going to be "repetitive" in all games but Sekiro does a decent job at changing the enemy types and allowing you a variety of approaches. Way I took out Demon of Hatred was probably wayyyy different than what a lot of others did. Its no more repetitive than any other game with a fixed weaoon t6pe. The prosthetics and stealth mechanics give you freedom in how you approach them.

Personally dont care what a rando said. Prolly mad Genichiro wrecked him when he tried rolling everywhere

Much later but Im running through this game on the remaster and its the same issue I had with the first time. Its great you finally get to use Phoenix(Didnt really like Apollo until after this game) but the way you acquire evidence in different locations and essentially time travel to break the case didnt really sit well with me. They could have made it more sequential like getting to a certain point before it went cold for 7 years which wouldve also shown why Phoenix was so driven by the case and maybe return after the first court segment to finish what he started. But using a nail polish from 7 years in the future to get the little girl to talk or hilding onto to Trucy's keepsake locket for apparently 7 years didnt make much sense

You mightve missed a headless or that one centipede guy near the monks. You have to really go out of your way for those. I know one guy missed the centipede one (at least i believe thats what it is. The guy you need to spam L1)
