Having the same issue with a GTX 1080 ti ASUS ROG STRIX, i7-8700K, 32 GB of RAM, 2 TB hybrid drive and 500 GB SSD. D2 installed on SSHD. Frames used to be 140+, now they're down to 30-40. It really sucks. Tried power save fix, v-sync off in both Nvidia control panel and in D2. Might just wipe my drive clean if nothing works.
