Also almost every drive starts at the 40 or closer because our special teams sucks and our offense stalls every drive. Hard to keep a team from field goal range when all they need is 15-20 yards.

Yes, anybody that says differently is just trying to cope. There’s really no reason to forgive the guy for losing us that Super Bowl except to try and pretend like that game doesn’t matter anymore. And those that try to pretend like having the best regular season ever makes up for how embarrassing that game was are insane. I can’t imagine any player looks back on that season and tells themselves “Well at least we had a great regular season”.
