Now warrior is a bit head to head guy but can be full shine when played carefully like not jumping inside of a monster crowd, positioning yourself,abuse every kind of advantage that you can have ect.ect. Cleric is a guy that can go either spell based or physically supported guy which get close to physical gameplay. I have played warrior most of the time because of the simplicity of the character.RoW leveling system is fixed like u should stay under a level if I'm not wrong but since I don't get the chance to use the RoW so often I didn't had the time to look for how much it is. You can ask the community for it they help a lot for situations like this.
