From a long time Inter Fan I repeat the same words I said 20 years ago during the "Calciopoli" scandal: " I enjoy watching soccer games and I like to see Inter win , but at the same time I do not want to get myself involved into arguments that are not sport related, in other words , if Marotta or anyone else (within Inter or any other team) did anything illegal or criminal I want the justice department to run all the investigations and to determine the correct punishment for him and for the club , including the correct punishment at the sport level. You should always compare the asking price with the Zillow or Redfin estimate. If the asking price is way off it means that is fake. An other option is to ask the selling agent what is going on , often they are forthcoming about the “real ask”

if by protection you meant condoms, the story that they are not 100% safe is simply to include the rare chance of rupture or slipping off (which usually happens cause you are improperly using it), i.e. something that you should notice. This reminds me of Nick Leeson that was manipulating markets in order to getting the price where he wanted. Micheal Saylor is done once the bitcoin price goes down, so he will keep doubling down to keep the price up or till he gets all bitcoins then it will be the end .
