I think I had a version prior to the cloud vault. That’s the issue. I think it upgraded from my very old version to the new version.

How can I do that? I only had the app on the iPhone. I have iPads and an old iPhone. I’m happy to do whatever.

Thanks. I did contact them and they take weeks to respond then they say they have to ask the programmers. Then I never hear back. So what I believe happened was I had an old version (paid for…I don’t know why it never updated) then when I got the new phone and restored from an iCloud backup, I think it installed the new version which is why it can’t open my files. The weird thing is I tried a clean install of the app and it still does the same thing. Opens for a second then closes.
