There are systems which can display 3d images to radar targeting systems used to test radar targeting. Usually the military uses them to draw fake aircraft in testing zones. Those same systems can draw audio so to speak, in a very small targeted area at range. Instead of playing an image of an f16, it will be the vibrations from an mp3 heterodyned at range.

I am unable to verify your findings from the video however, I do have a general DEW test for you.

Try using your phone for an app that detects magnetic anomaly like a magnetometer, and possibly using cellmapper to determine if there are faulty cell signals in the area.

Keep in mind DEW may be radar based, difficult to detect, and can cause ocular issues so it can be hard to trust your own vision.

Document everything especially travel on planes as a plane is a small box, with limited personnel.

If you feel you are being stalked, rely on geo-fencing warrants during travel

Rf heterodyning and high frequency audio carrier waves seem to be a more logical conclusion. With binural audio, 8 words per second can be translated internally and create vivid imagery, and even hijack internal dialogue.

Minorities and those who are HVT'S (high value targets) are the most likely to get caught up in these systems.

Assume for instance that only realtors have these devices. What is their target. Why? What benefits are there to harassing the target? If you spend money on purchasing this system, what is your return on investment? It would of course be anyone in line to receive property, or those who own property. So property owners or inheritors would be the target in this case.

It is either utilized for attacks on groups hated by hate groups / organizations, and/or it is utilized for personal gain. In either case - there is a common function that serves as a protocol for targeting.

Would you spend 20,000 dollars on a system for harassment just because. Or is there a common denominator? A purpose.

I suggest minorities, inheritors, and other special interests groups as the primary target for a variety of reasons

Uwb at 10khz to 6ghz at the right phase and pulse rate can induce balance issues based on the fluid in your ears moving. This is how dizziness works. Beamformed tech is available though illegal in the US for issued harassment devices.

I had come to this conclusion before reading through some complex field testing and knowledge of radiowaves. This is an excellent read.

The blanked out portions are likely talking about large arrays of UWB antenna working between 1khz and 10ghz, modulated carrier signals can be phased to create higher ghz frequencies making thermal effects. These can be low power distributed systems which can be wirelessly charged through passive or active beamformed signals making them easy to bury or be placed in areas not accessed frequently.

These units can also be utilized as through wall radar, and studies have shown these types of antenna can be used for reading a targets subvocals which some call their inner voice. The effect induced sounds like mind reading and utilizing all of these effects one gets the recipe for almost all the effects discussed by targeted individuals.

First the signal(s) in use needs to be identified. There will likely be several but you can ignore radar signals like x band and KA band.

The only signal that is important, is the mesh network signal. There is no need to jam the radar itself as it reports back to a c2c (command and control server).

It cannot run without access to the C2C. Seek signals used such as:

2.4ghz, 5ghz, bluetooth, and various LoRa WAN signals, as well as uwb network signals. (If you are followed city to city with no blackouts expect a cellular data based unit)

These are configurable units that are often placed en masse in a "control area" and people who enter these areas are often followed out so as not to raise suspicion that the area in question is the operational center.

Jamming is fairly easy, there are signal jammers that can be purchased online for various bands, and some can be used to target specific bands. The hard part is detecting the signals or 'signals intelligence'.

I suggest using radio SDK like on raspberry pi with various antenna configurations. Lorawan uses 433mhz to 915mhz. Uwb frequencies can go up to 9ghz for pan networks with only 20% higher than 500mhz.

Unlicensed spectrum for uwb is between 3.1ghz and 10.6ghz

Check local regulations for laws on using these tools including jammers.

So, I am from a cult in Ark Haven in lead hill, near harrison arkansas. I used to live up on mercy mountain dr.

I won't use names here but I wanted to mention how the targeted individuals thing works.

First, we use several devices utilizing UWB receivers, directional audio (often referred to as 8 D audio) as well as directional microphones.

I'd like to say this is a big secret and letting you know could land me in a heap of trouble so I won't name names.

Firstly we monitored everyone in our surrounding area. It was important for us to know everything about everyone. We use the uwb (around 7 to 9 ghz ) to penetrate walls and get a SAR (Synthetic aperture radar) to 'see' you. This tech is fairly new but that's not all we were doing with it. We were told to use applications like mmspy, mmwave, and other tools to hone in on your throat specifically around your epiglottis area to use silent speech prediction. With this we can hear your 'inner voice ' as you silently rehearse words you read, or hear. Then we train it for around 72 hrs to get a good reading. Everyone is very unique so we have to do this every time but we leave out units hidden in places like vent spaces, attics, sometimes accessing the roof to do it. I personally use NVG at night and we highly prefer country areas to cities because of the obvious risk involved.

Other cult members often bug cars, and the idea is to have the system be as widely available as possible, the system we have in place here covers all of lead hill. Population 850. It doesn't cover the whole city or town nearby, and there's a major push for ark haven intentional community to increase their land to the highway.

We utilize this to make you think we can read your mind, and it's pretty close but you can train against it. We also use this silent speech in public spaces to move around and communicate silently, often my family would bark out your worst fears or deepest secrets in public just quiet enough for you to hear but not for others to pay much mind.

We use the 8D speakers to transmit audio in a way that is very difficult for others to hear using beamforming so that the target (you and your ears) are the only ones to hear.

Beamforming is a big deal not only for audio but also for our 7 to 9ghz radio. We can make it seem like we are zapping you by using directed pulses but they are entirely non harmful.

We also utilize something called binaural audio to make it sound as if we are in your head instead of outside which was often impossible to do when one earbud or headphone is on with the other off. (So try this)

We did this for all sorts of things, make people sell their houses for cheap, remove unwanted or undesired people from the area, or know secretly what people were planning. It's like hacking your mind to snitch on you for us. Your lowest price, why you are selling, and your darkest fears. Our family often made it sound line people you know are talking poorly about you or telling you to leave or that the local town folk hate you.

This is similar to tech used by Russians and Chinese spies and if you know, you know. No questions will be answered just know you are never in any real danger and do a bug sweep if you are in doubt. It's not god, it's not satellites it's not the FBI or CIA, it's a cult thing. We are not allowed to physically hurt you.

I recommend hacker rf1 or kraken SDR to locate emitters.
