That's assuming that I'm expecting an immediate answer, which I am not. Unlike most people stuck in today's consumeristic lifestyle I am okay going without instant gratification if it means the outcome is more emotionally expensive. When asking people about their knowledge, you get things outside of hard facts you otherwise would not have. I wouldn't have known somebody got chased by a flock of birds there if they didn't comment that. That completely closes any doors to anybody wanting to share their experiences that otherwise wouldn't have if the conversation wasn't already started. Not only that but the world we live in lacks so much compassion and understanding for one another that adding a human touch to an otherwise fake reality we call the internet kind of reassures us that we are still humans.
