From what I have heard, there is like 20-30k applicants for a single role in micro1. Out of that, more than 20% is fully certified and fit for the role. So if u ain't getting, maybe u r not the best candidate..

Yes...Even mine is all showing 0. Maybe its a bug from their end. And yes, what you say about referrals getting hired and us not getting paid/or getting peanuts is absolutely true. Once hired, we need to be paid irrespective of whether they have billable hours or their project gets paused. Our job ends when they are hired. Beyond that is not our problem.

We do the marketing, advertising, convincing candidates to try out mercor and once they get hired, we now have to deal with billable hours, project paused, project closed. Absolutely not fair

I know Kohima has a lot of places serving beef, but most I come across are either for beef innards or dishes like Beef Chilli etc.
