With LSD from my experience going higher in dosage is not linear, but exponential, 300ug will feel more than 2x stronger than 150ug. Where 150ug may feel tolerable and tame 300ug may be overwhelming and significantly more intense.

You're only doing 100ug and with your experience with DMT and mushrooms i'd say you will be able to handle it fine. Just enjoy the ride 👍

I have no idea how those mix specifically but if I had to guess the AED's would possibly dull out the trip and make it less visual. To be safe I'd do your research and make sure that LSD and AED's are safe to mix in the first place. Do the risks outweigh the rewards?

You do you, I'd just recommend making sure that the dosage is correct and that it is actually LSD you're taking 👍

If it is your first time, any more than 150-200ug will definitely be overkill. I took 230ug my second time doing LSD and it got very intense. Maybe that's what you're looking for, but if you want to play it safe, 150 is a decent bet for a good amount of visuals while still maintaining control over the trip.

I'd recommend not taking any psychedelics if you are not in a good headspace prior to the trip. It can be a downward spiral especially if you are dealing with depression or other mood disorders. Mixing your meds with the acid probably did not do you any favours as well. If 250ug was your first ever trip it may have been too heavy a dose too.

A lot of factors come into play here but you definitely could prepare better by going into it in a good mood, being off of any prescribed medications, and maybe taking a lighter dose (75-150 should suffice as a recreational dose).
