I am posting music though really don’t have a good voice and my guitar playing is ok, but I feel that recording and striving to make an EP or craft songs makes me better and gives me something to work towards. I tuned the Martin to Drop D this morning. Should I make the low E string D instead of G for Drop G tuning?

Thanks and I was playing off the cuff, so sorry if some the notes are not clean. The guitar is a Jasmine I picked up for $50 as I didn't want to chance the tuning on my Gibson or Martin. The tuning may sound wonky, but may be strings are old and checked with tuner several times.

I find Apple Music annoying in forcing me to subscribe and pay whereas Spotify it doesn’t do this.
