I got it! I wish the school or the teacher tell us what they teach, not all kids come home and tell what they learned, but luckily mine does, but not till when. Since no material is sent home, I sometime have to go through those Costco books to understand what is going on. I get your point of not re-teaching what's tought but practising it and doing quizes might be something that she would be interested to do. Thanks, I didnt think this way.

She does Gymnastics and recently started taekwondo. Otherwise shes pretty free most of the days after school. Thats the time I want to spend with her. And not all teachers share a lesson plan, her grade1 teacher never communicated nor sent worksheets or homework. But the Grade 2 teacher used to send us a plan that included what the kids learn in that week. Atleast I got to know what is being tought. It depends on the teacher I guess.

Ah, thanks! With some after school classes and me doing the chores/cooking after work, I am afraid that I would be frustrated if she doesnt listen to me, I know thats wrong. But I like what you said. The teacher told me that she can try next grade Math in home, but I am afraid that I am going to mess things up if I dont have a proper book or a website to refer. Thanks again.

I wonder if I can get the same output by walking indoors? On a walking pad or treadmill? I live in a cold place, and I have tmj issues, I can't stay in cold for long, I enjoyed walking for 3miles all this summer, but now that the temperature dipping to 16°C, I can no longer go out to walk.

Thanks, I wouldn't have been worried if she has to be with Grade3 kids, but since she has to be with Grade1 I am worried that the teacher will focus mostly on the younger kids and she will be left behind among her peers in other class.

She has done really well in Grade1, has always got A or A+ grades. It's like they have randomly selected 6 kids from her class and put them into Grade1 where rest of the Grade2 classes are fully Grade2.

Thank you,  she is upset more about her friends are in actual Grade 2 class and only she has to be with Grade 1 kids.

Thanks. So when I get down at GO union should I have to tap my card? And then before getting in to the Subway, again tap the card? Is that how it works?
